I am Ichrak Haddad, a certified nutritionist trained at the École des Sciences et Techniques de la Santé de Tunis. I have been practicing with passion since 2018 in my private practice, where I support each person with attentive listening, kindness, and scientific rigor, both in-person and remotely.
My approach to nutrition goes far beyond diets and restrictions. I firmly believe that food is a powerful lever for health, prevention, and balance when it is understood, adapted, and respectful of both body and mind.
